Safecoat MetalCoat Primer is an incredible acrylic emulsion primer that is fortified with rust-inhibiting pigments. It can be used on interior and exterior metal surfaces, such as masonry, steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metal. Safecoat MetalCoat Acrylic Metal Primer has very little odor, and its VOC content is limited, making it one of the least toxic metal primers available. It is formulated without the heavy metals and other hazardous ingredients commonly used in the manufacturing of metal primers. Safecoat MetalCoat Primer provides a tough, flexible film that allows for outstanding corrosion resistance and excellent adhesion. It is suitable as a finish in a three-primer coat application and may be recoated with a variety of other finishes. It is also an excellent foundation for Safecoat paints.
