AFM Hard Seal                                                          
Safecoat Hard Seal is a multi-use, clear-gloss
sealer.  Hard Seal is typically used on previously
uncoated and unsealed woodwork, cabinetry
and vinyl tile to add protection and shine.
Safecoat Caulking Compound - Tube                  
Safecoat Caulking Compund is a non-toxic,
water-based, elastic-emulsion type caulking
compound designed to replace oil caulk and
putty for windows, cracks and general
maintenance work.  The Caulking Compound
will not dry out, crack, or release solvents or
obnoxious odors.  It provides a water-resistant,
flexible, easy-to-install, non-sag sealant that has
excellent initial and permanent adhesion
properties.  It maintains its flexibility and
toughness with rapid-drying characteristics, and
it may be applied to a variety of substrates.
AFM Naturals Clear Penetrating Oil - 1 quart       
AFM Naturals Clear Penetrating Oil is an organic,

fencing, timberwork, furniture, decking, paneling

Safecoat 3-in-1 Adhesive                                     
Safecoat 3-in-1 Adhesive is a low-odor,
non-toxic, water-based adhesive that is
designed for hard-composition wall and floor
tiles, ceramic, vinyl, parquet, formica, and slate.  
In fact, the 3-in-1 Adhesive also works perfectly
as carpet glue.  It offers a performance
equivalent to hazardous chlorinated solvent
adhesives, without the toxic fumes or materials

Safecoat’s New Wallboard Primecoat HPV is a
premium-quality, fast-curing, flat finish primer,

coat over interior surfaces, including new
gypsum wallboard and textured sheetrock.
Safecoat Watershield                                           
Safecoat WaterShield is a clear, versatile,
water-repelling sealer that provides an invisible
barrier against water and resists oil, grease, and
like liquids.  In addition to sealing and providing
a protective barrier against water migration, it
helps to harden, dust proof, and control
efflorescence in masonry surfaces.
Safecoat MetalCoat Primer

Safecoat MetalCoat Primer is an incredible
acrylic emulsion primer that is fortified with
rust-inhibiting pigments.  It can be used on
interior and exterior metal surfaces, such as
masonry, steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous
metal.  Safecoat MetalCoat Acrylic Metal Primer
has very little odor, and its VOC content is
limited, making it one of the least toxic metal
primers available..
Safecoat Penetrating WaterStop                      
Safecoat Penetrating WaterStop improves water
resistance and repellency in a wide variety of
surfaces, including brick walls, concrete
foundations, stucco, stone, and most unglazed
tile.  Because Safecoat Penetrating WaterStop is
low-odor and non-toxic, it is perfect for use
indoors.
Safecoat Grout Sealer

resistant sealer for porous tile grout.  Grout
Sealer reacts with and becomes a part of the
grout, increasing water resistance and
minimizing penetration of liquids, helping

washable surface.  Grout Sealer is safe, non-
toxic, and formaldehyde-free.
Safecoat MexeSeal                                                
Safecoat MexeSeal is a low-odor, water-based,
medium gloss, clear sealer.  MexeSeal is for use
on porous interior tile or masonry surfaces
where oil and water repellency are desired.  It is
also ideal for long-term protection against food,
oil, and water stains on residential and/or
commercial floors.
Safecoat AcriGlaze                                                
AcriGlaze is a special mixing medium and offers
a finish that is suitable even for use in the
display, art and show fields.  It is
mildew-resistant, odorless and dries clear.  
AcriGlaze is ideal for restoring old finishes to
their original brilliance, sealing and preserving
painted work, faux finishing, and as an adhesive

semi-transparent stain offers a flat finish and is
ideal for interior and exterior.  DuroStain
promotes penetration of porous surfaces and

Safecoat Polyureseal BP

replacement for lacquers that are high in toxic
